Who is responsible
Electric Bear Ventures is the controller of the personal data described here. To reach us about it, write to contato@maindi.com.br.
No cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Metrics
We count visits with the reports built into our hosting service, Amazon CloudFront: aggregate numbers of pages requested, referring sites, countries, browsers and devices. No metrics script runs on the page, and nothing identifies you. We use these numbers to see what people read and whether the site works. Legal basis: legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX).
Hosting
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. To deliver each page, its servers process technical connection data, such as your IP address. We do not turn on access logs.
Messages to contato@maindi.com.br reach our press office, which handles our contact. We use your message only to reply, and delete it when you ask. Legal basis: legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX).
Outside Brazil
Amazon Web Services may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States, with the safeguards the LGPD requires (art. 33).
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm, access, correct, anonymize, port or delete your data, and to tell you who we share it with (LGPD, art. 18). Write to contato@maindi.com.br. You can also file a complaint with the ANPD, Brazil's data protection authority.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
